Castle Harbor Boating School
TERMS OF BUSINESS and CANCELLATION POLICY

All lessons, rentals, charters and other activities require a 50% deposit to book the boat and/or instructor for the date specified.  Without a deposit we cannot guarantee that a boat or activity will be made available.

Cancellation policy is as follows:

  • For lessons – Cancellations made before7 days in advance will receive a full refund of f the deposit.
    • Cancellations made after 7 days in advance will not receive a refund and the deposit will be surrendered.
    • Change of class schedule made after 7 days in advance will require a 25% penalty (half of the deposit)

  • For charters – Cancellations made before 10 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
    • Cancellations made after 10 days in advance will not receive a refund and the deposit will be surrendered.

  • For rentals of small sailboats – no reservations will be taken.  First come first serve will apply to the Harbor 20 fleet.

  • For rentals of powerboats – Reservations required and the 7 day rule applies – same as lessons.

  • For corporate programs – a separate agreement applies.
