TERMS OF BUSINESS and CANCELLATION POLICY
All lessons, rentals, charters and other activities require a 50% deposit to book the boat and/or instructor for the date specified. Without a deposit we cannot guarantee that a boat or activity will be made available.
Cancellation policy is as follows:
- For lessons – Cancellations made before7 days in advance will receive a full refund of f the deposit.
- Cancellations made after 7 days in advance will not receive a refund and the deposit will be surrendered.
- Change of class schedule made after 7 days in advance will require a 25% penalty (half of the deposit)
- For charters – Cancellations made before 10 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made after 10 days in advance will not receive a refund and the deposit will be surrendered.
- For rentals of small sailboats – no reservations will be taken. First come first serve will apply to the Harbor 20 fleet.
- For rentals of powerboats – Reservations required and the 7 day rule applies – same as lessons.
- For corporate programs – a separate agreement applies.
